A Family Physician is a doctor specializing in treating the whole family. Family Physicians complete a three year residency program and are Board Certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.
Kindly notify us 12 hours in advance if you cannot make your appointment. This will enable us to give that time to another patient. We reserve the right to terminate our relationship as a result of repeated missed appointments and late cancellations. If we do not receive a 12 hour advance notification regarding appointment cancellations, a $25 no show fee will be charged and no further prescriptions will be done. Patients with an outstanding balance on their account cannot have medical records sent to other treating physicians.

•To reach Dr. George for non- emergent needs please call 678-388-2184 and follow the telephone prompts.
•Antibiotic prescriptions will not be called in without being seen for the problem in the office
• Prescriptions for narcotics or pan medication will not be done after hours
Dr. George does not admit to the hospital. In the event that you require hospitalization, we coordinate admissions to Northside Hospital –Cherokee and Wellstar Kennestone Hospital by the hospitalists who are physically present in the hospital 24/7. A "hospitalist" is a specially trained physician devoted exclusively to the care of hospitalized patients. The "hospitalist" will care for you during your hospital stay and then refer you back to us for continuing medical care.
