Welcome to our practice; a great choice for comprehensive and compassionate medical care for the whole family. Elizabeth George, MD, PC is a private family medicine office in Woodstock, Georgia. Elizabeth C. George, M.D has been practicing since 2001 and is board certified by the American Board of Family Practice. Dr. George is a member of the Georgia Academy of Family Physicians and the American Academy of Family Physicians. She has consulting privileges at Northside Hospital – Cherokee in Canton, GA and is a part of Wellstar Clinical Partners (WCP). After attending medical school at Kasturba Medical College in India, she completed internship and residency at University of Iowa affiliated North East Iowa Family Practice Residency Program in Waterloo, Iowa.

The Patient Portal powered by eClinicalWorks minimizes the need for our patients to call the office. . Patients are given secure passwords that allow themto see their own private set of documents including labs, diagnostics, statements, and messages. Patients also have the ability to request appointments, medication refills and referrals online. We can automatically remind patients for their health maintenance reminders, procedure due dates and also send patient statements and lab results electronically.
